My conversation with Terri Levine was special! Not just because the conversation was great, but because she was my very FIRST guest and ‘guinea pig' for this whole podcast interviewing/recording thing 😉
Kidding aside, we did talk about a deep topic – why we need to have forgiveness in our lives regardless of what we're looking for (relationships, etc.). Forgiveness can sometimes be easier said than done, I know from personal experience, but like Terri says, forgiveness sets you free and knows from experience.
Listen in as we chat about something she did five years ago that sent her into this mode of being about to break and thinking that was going to be the end of her life. Instead she began doing something and over the course of time she realized she had a process she was using every day to feel self-love for the first time in her life. And that's how the book, About To Break, was born!

One of the things I ask my guests (but not talked about in their episode) is if they have a favorite self-help book(s). This is just something I like to know because I'm huge into self-development/self-help and am always on the lookout for more to read. Thought it would be fun to share the recommendations 🙂
Wow, that is an amazing story of forgiveness. I agree, you could chat with her for hours. Thank you for sharing.
Val, wasn’t it? Forgiveness is always so much easier said than done but this episode and chatting with Terri really reminded me how important it truly is to forgive others (and even myself). Thanks for listening and leaving a comment!
