How to Live More Intentionally
This week, I'm continuing the conversation about being intentional in life and living your life to the fullest. After last week's episode – What Being Intentional In Life Means – I should have you convinced that being more intentional with what you do is a good idea 😉 so now it's time to cover some practical tips to help you live more intentionally.
But first, I want to start with some not-so-great news… when it comes to living your life more intentionally, there is no magic pill to suddenly make it happen. There is no bright-red easy button. It takes work and dedication. It has, as the name suggests, to be done intentionally. In essence, what you’re doing is creating new habits. That takes time and energy… but I promise it is time and energy well spent and your future self with thank you for it 🙂
