You are unique.
You are beautiful.
You are amazing.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Own that shit and be proud of every little nuance that makes you who you are and then show up because you bring value just by showing up and being yourself!
It took me YEARS (as in 43!) to embrace everything about me that I was taught was bad or broken or wrong – too loud, too emotional, too fat, too stupid, too goofy, blah blah blah – and love not only my body but all my uniqueness and personality traits others didn’t like.
We have ONE life to live. Life is short.
Embrace who you are, own it, and live an amazing life because you deserve it!
