Holding You Back? 

Can you relate to any of these statements?  

  • I'm not good enough.
  • I'm not smart enough. 
  • I'm not pretty enough.
  • I'm not skinny enough.
  • I don't deserve better.
  • I'm not self-confident enough.
  • If people really knew me, they wouldn't like me.
  • I'm too shy.
  • I don't deserve to be happy. 

These are just a handful of self-limiting beliefs. I told myself each and every one of these. These beliefs were holding me back. For a long time. And  those beliefs led me to stay stuck in so many areas…


Bad relationships, afraid to leave my small town, afraid to be the real me, scared to get out of my comfort zone and try new things...just to name a few.   

Until, I was desperate to make changes


It was the morning of my 37th birthday, after another night of black out drinking and waking up with another man in my bed.


I got angry that morning!  


I knew there was more to life, that I craved more and that I wanted to take my life back! And I did - it wasn't an overnight success, it has been a long hard journey but so worth it. 


Self-limiting beliefs are the playground bully that keeps pushing you around and it’s time that you get angry. It’s time that you stop listening to his taunts and insults.
